The KitchenAid coffee grinder is a great investment for your kitchen

Home > Coffee-Accessories > KitchenAid-Coffee-Grinder

Despite the price, the KitchenAid coffee grinder is worth every cent.

KitchenAid_Burr_Coffee_Grinder A quick look at the KitchenAid coffee grinder would make you think of one thing - how solid it looks.

One touch of this fine coffee grinder and you'll realize that it truly is sturdy and one that could last for years.

This is not your typical coffee grinder as it is built with die-cast metal and is much bigger compared with others that are made with plastic. Since we've mentioned how it is built, we'd like to say that the KitchenAid Pro Line burr coffee grinder is truly built to last.

Even with that claim, I'm proud of this company for giving their customers a two year warranty on their purchase. With that said, not many people have their machines replaced and if there are some, it's mostly because of small parts of the KitchenAid coffee grinder .

In many coffee grinder reviews, you'll notice that people are very happy with this machine even if the price is near $200. Here, let me convince you that spending for this coffee grinder could be a wise decision. I'll be laying out its advantages and disadvantages of the KitchenAid coffee grinder to help you decide.

Advantages

  • KitchenAid brand - I must admit I'm a big fan of KitchenAid appliances since my mom has hers for years now. I trust this brand and they've got the experience I look for. They've got great quality service and it's easy to have parts replaced.
  • Excellent materials - As mentioned above, this coffee grinder is made out of dye-cast metal making it really sturdy. No cheap plastic here unlike some of the burr coffee grinders you'll see in the market. Another great thing about the materials they use is that it doesn't cause too much static, which is a constant problem for most coffee grinder users.
  • Quiet Machine - I must admit that sometimes I prefer manual coffee grinders over electric coffee grinders because they're much quieter. But good thing the KitchenAid coffee grinder is quiet if you compare it with other machines. So just grind your beans without worrying that you'll wake your neighbours.

Disadvantages

  • Heavy Metal - This KitchenAid Burr coffee grinder is really made of that dye-cast metal which can somewhat be heavy, bulky and takes up more kitchen space than other coffee grinders.
  • Fragile receptacle - One flaw in its materials is that the receptacle where the ground coffee beans end up is made of glass. Customers have complained that the KitchenAid pro line burr coffee grinder easily breaks. But those who returned have had smooth transactions with their customer service.

Notice how I didn't include the price as a disadvantage since I'm pretty convinced that you're getting a very solid machine with this purchase.

But please do not go over your budget just to make better coffee all right? There are more coffee grinders out there that will do a good job at a lower price.

If you really want this, try waiting for a sale as the feeling will be like striking gold.

Enjoy your new KitchenAid pro line burr coffee grinder!
